·       Your first broken-screen repair is on us as long as there is no other damage to your iPhone!

·       Get Apple-certified repairs for damaged devices using genuine Apple parts, replacements for lost or stolen devices and ongoing warranty on repairs and replacements1, for as long as you keep this plan.

·       Our convenient repair options include mailing your device in and walk-ins to Apple Stores or Apple Authorized Service Providers.

·       Enjoy unlimited warranty malfunction service requests with a $0 processing fee for as long you're enrolled.

Additional details:

  • A non-refundable processing fee ranging from $39-$129 for repairs and $150-$400 for loss/theft replacements will be collected from you prior to fulfilling your approved service request. Replacement processing fees are dependent upon your device’s MSRP. See a full list of processing fees.
  • You must sign up within 60 days of purchasing or upgrading to a new device.
  • Protection applies to the device enrolled when you signed up for Premium Device Protection.
  • Service requests can be submitted any time while enrolled in Premium Device Protection. We will protect the cost to repair the protected device up to a maximum of $3000.00 per service request, including protected accessories like your battery and charger. Prepaid devices are not eligible for Premium Device Protection.

  • Get up to 3 fulfilled service requests for your protected device in a rolling 12-month period, including up to 2 repairs for accidental damage from handling and/or out-of-warranty malfunction and 1 replacement for loss or theft.

  • Repairs for damaged devices and replacements for lost or stolen devices come with a 12-month warranty, and all repairs are completed by certified professionals using high-quality parts.
  • Our convenient repair options include mailing your device in, walk-ins to designated repair shops and access to mobile technicians that come to you.
