MAX+Protection plan for mobile devices does not cover products purchased outside Canada. The plan covers products purchased exclusively at the WIRELESS etc. kiosk at Costco warehouses in Canada only. (Not available in Quebec)
*Your replacement device will be a refurbished device similar to your covered device. It will be restored to like-new condition and go through quality testing and inspections.
REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT IS SIMPLE

- You will be asked to pay a replacement service fee, as outlined above and in your Terms and Conditions.
- Within 1-3 business days2, we send you a like-new replacement device that is similar3 to your covered device. All replacement devices undergo quality inspections and testing.
- To avoid additional fees, make sure you ship us your defective device within 15 days using the prepaid shipping materials that we send you along with your replacement!

Great news! There is no need to register your plan once you have purchased it. We receive all of the necessary information at your time of purchase!
