A non-refundable processing fee ranging from $39-$129 for repairs and $150-$400 for loss/theft replacements will be collected from you prior to fulfilling your approved service request. Replacement processing fees are dependent upon your device’s MSRP. See a full list of processing fees.
You must sign up within 60 days of purchasing or upgrading to a new device.
Protection applies to the device enrolled when you signed up for Premium Device Protection.
Service requests can be submitted any time while enrolled in Premium Device Protection.
We will protect the cost to repair the protected device up to a maximum of $3000.00 per service request, including protected accessories like your battery and charger.
Prepaid devices are not eligible for Premium Device Protection.
