RETURNS POLICY


Purchase Policy:

All activation purchases require a valid Credit Card and one of the following: Driver's license with photo, Passport or Government issued photo ID.

If member identification and credit verification do not meet the chosen carrier’s requirements, we may not be able to complete your activation/purchase request.

To ensure the device is functional, packaging must be opened and the device activated at the WIRELESS etc. Kiosk upon purchase.

 

Carrier Trial Period & Contract Cancellation:

You can cancel your contract and return your device at no cost if returned within the trial period in your wireless carrier agreement.

All devices must be returned in "like-new" condition with all original packaging and components intact, or early cancellation and/or other fees may apply.

Contract cancellations outside of the applicable trial period are subject to the terms and conditions of your wireless carrier agreement.

 

Costco Wholesale Return Policy:

The Costco Wholesale return policy on wireless device hardware is 90 days from the date of purchase. Other terms and conditions may apply. The Costco Wholesale return policy does not override or replace the return policy of the applicable wireless carrier and does not release the Costco member from his/her obligations within the wireless carrier agreement.

 

Manufacturer Warranty:

The wireless device hardware manufacturer’s warranty is valid for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Please see the manufacturer’s website for complete warranty terms and conditions.

 

Can I return my wireless device purchase?

Yes, you can. The wireless phones kiosk in Costco offers a convenient way to refund or exchange your purchase. Simply visit the wireless phones kiosk at your local Costco warehouse and ask one of our wireless experts for assistance. To find the location nearest you, please refer to the Find a Warehouse page. To expedite the return/exchange process, please have ready your receipt and device purchase documentation provided in the Consumer Care Package.

 

How do I refund my purchase?

If you wish to refund a purchase, please ensure that it is brought back in good condition and in its original packaging with receipt to the wireless phones kiosk. You will also need to return any bonus items received with your purchase, including the Costco Shop Card(s). If a Costco Shop Card was used, a new card equal to the original balance will need to be purchased to process the return. Our wireless expert will create a return invoice after checking that your carrier plan has been cancelled. You will then be directed to Costco’s customer service desk to complete the refund.

 

Can I refund accessories?

Yes, you can. Please visit the wireless phones kiosk at your local Costco for assistance. Our wireless experts will create a return invoice to complete your refund at Costco’s customer service desk.
