Where can I buy a phone?

Do you sell accessories?

Yes, we do! Our wireless phones kiosks carry many of the most popular accessories. Brands such as Otterbox, LifeProof, iShieldz, Casemate and more are available for members. In addition to case accessories, we also carry Bluetooth devices, chargers and screen protectors. For more information on our accessories, visit your local Costco warehouse. How many phones do you carry?

Each wireless phones kiosk has approximately 20 different phone models. Check out our phones and speak to our wireless experts to find the perfect phone for you.

We also offer a wireless check-up to determine if you’re eligible for an upgrade.

What carriers do you support?

We carry all major carriers, including Rogers, Bell, Fido, Virgin, SaskTel, Chatr and Lucky Mobile. Visit your local Costco Warehouse and speak to our friendly and knowledgeable experts at the wireless phones kiosk to find the phone and plan that’s right for you, your family or business.

Which phones do you carry?

We provide Costco members with a wide assortment of phones including Apple, Samsung, LG, Google and more as well as simple talk and text phones. Each wireless phones kiosk has 10 live devices for you to try out, so stop by and experience the newest devices.

Will I get a Costco Shop Card when I buy a phone?

Can I buy a warranty for my phone?

Because of Covid, do I need to make an appointment?

You do not need to make an appointment to speak with a wireless expert. When you arrive at the Costco Warehouse, please scan the QR code at the wireless phones kiosk using your mobile phone to join our virtual line. Once a wireless expert is available, we’ll text you to let you know it’s your turn. If you need assistance joining the line, speak to a representative at the kiosk.
